Day 1 Home Port – Montreal
Join your flight to Montreal. Cross the international dateline and arrive into Montreal in the afternoon. Meet your Scenic Tours’ Representative and transfer* to your hotel.
Two Night Stay: The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel.
Day 2 Montreal (B,D)
Today you will enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city, viewing the Olympic Complex, St. Joseph’s Oratory, Notre Dame Cathedral and views of the city skyline from the parklands of Mt Royale. This afternoon is at leisure to explore this historic and vibrant city.
Day 3 Montmorency Falls – Québec City (B,L,D)
After breakfast view the impressive Montmorency Falls as you traverse a landscape characterised by rugged mountains and the mighty St. Lawrence River. Lunch today is a traditional Québecois feast at the ‘Sugar Shack’. Continue north through the rural and historic townships of the Québec province to St. Anne Du Beaupre Basilica – the ‘Lourdes’ of New France. Continue to Quebec City, the only walled city in North America and an important World Heritage Listed site.

Day 4 Québec City (B)
Today choose from one of the following Scenic FreeChoice Inclusions: (1) Guided Walking Tour through Old Québec; or (2) Horse and Carriage Ride through the cobbled streets of the Old City; or (3) Historic Tour of the Le Château Frontenac Hotel; or (4) Cruise on the St. Lawrence River.
Day 5 Québec City – Ottawa (B,D)
Today you will traverse a landscape characterised by rugged mountains and the mighty St. Lawrence River. Continue through rolling farmlands, following the rivers and lakes to Canada’s national capital – Ottawa.

Day 6 Ottawa (B)
Today you will enjoy a sightseeing tour of Ottawa including the imposing Parliament Buildings, Government House and the official residence of the Prime Minister. This afternoon will be yours to explore the city of Ottawa.
Day 7 Kingston – Thousand Islands Cruise – Toronto (B,D)
This morning we head east along the shores of Lake Ontario to Kingston, the gateway to the beautiful Thousand Islands region. At Rockport, cruise through the maze of the Thousand Islands, which marks the border between Canada and the United States. Enjoy views of forested islands and magnificent mansions, built early last century for New York’s wealthy families as summer homes.

Day 8 Toronto (B)
This morning we will visit the top of CN Tower before briefly touring the lakefront and downtown area of Toronto. The remainder of the day is yours to explore the city of Toronto.
Day 9 Niagara Falls – “Maid of the Mist” (B,D)
We continue south around the “Golden Horseshoe” of Lake Ontario and through rich farmlands and vineyards. A visit to the picturesque village of Niagara-on-the-Lake before boarding the Maid of the Mist for a memorable boat ride to view the magnificent falls.
Overnight Stay: Hilton Niagara Falls or similar.
Day 10 Niagara Falls – Lancaster (B,D)
Today we enter New York State via the Rainbow Bridge then journey into Pennsylvania through the rolling Appalachian Mountains before arriving into Lancaster, home to the religious Amish and Mennonite communities. Tonight enjoy a traditional Amish feast and immerse yourself in a community of simple living and separation from the world.

Day 11 Lancaster – Washington D.C. (B,D)
Spend the morning visiting an Amish Farm and House as a local guide explains the culture, faith and traditional way of life, which excludes the use of modern conveniences such as electricity or telephones. This afternoon arrive in the nation’s capital, Washington D.C where you will have time to explore this fascinating city.

Day 12 Washington D.C. (B)
Enjoy a sightseeing tour today with highlights including the White House and Capitol Hill, other features include visits to the Vietnam, Korean and World War II Memorials along with Arlington National Cemetery and the Kennedy Gravesites. The afternoon will be yours to explore more of the sights which could include the Smithsonian Institution (own expense).
Day 13 Washington D.C. – New York (B,D)
Travel north this morning to Philadelphia for a sightseeing tour of this historic city taking in major attractions like the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall before continuing onto the exciting and vibrant New York City.

Day 14 Manhattan, New York (B)
Today you are free to choose one of the following Scenic FreeChoice Inclusions: (1) Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Tour; or (2) Cruise around Manhattan Island; or (3) Discover Uptown and Downtown New York City at your own pace on a Hop on Hop off Double Decker.
