Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises are streamlining the fare structure and, moving to an even more inclusive fare that comprises of their cruise lines’ award-winning service as well as main meals, accommodation and entertainment.
Applicable from 12 December 2016 for all new Australian and New Zealand bookings on sailings departing on or after 15 January 2017, service charges for stateroom attendants and dining room staff will now be included in the fare.
You will simply pay one inclusive cruise fare for all new Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises voyages bookings departing from 15jan17; incorporating the award-winning service, main meals, accommodation, kids club and entertainment, as well as the variety of extras that Australians have come to know and love on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises, like snacks at Boardwalk DogHouse, Café Al Bacio and Sorrentos Pizza, and activities such as FlowRider, iFly^, North Star^, rock climbing, ice skating, mini golf, bumper cars, the Lawn Club and the Hot Glass Show.
Whilst service charges are now included, you will still have the option to reward the crew for their exceptional service by choosing to provide a gratuity at their own discretion. Discretionary purchases such as bar, spa and in-room dining will continue to attract an onboard service charge.

HOW DOES THIS IMPACT CELEBRITY’S GO BIG, GO BETTER, GO BEST PROMOTION?
Following the introduction of the new inclusive fares, free gratuities will no longer be available as one of the perks included in the Go Big, Go Better, Go Best promotion. You will still have the choice of a Free Classic Beverage Package for two, an Onboard Credit per stateroom or Unlimited Internet. Please note, for you, that have already selected Free Gratuities under the promotion before 12 December 2016, these will remain.
