Four Seasons London Reopens After Total Refurbishment

The Four Seasons Hotel London has finally re-opened after a multi-million dollar rebuilding programme that took twenty-eight months. The building was stripped back to its original structure leaving architects ReardonSmith the task of re-modelling and re- designing virtually every part of the hotel. The overall room count has been reduced in the refurbishment, with a whole floor now dedicated to suites. The new hotel consists of 192 rooms and 45 luxurious suites, some with fireplaces and garden terraces. It features high style dining, a yet-to-be-opened glass-walled rooftop spa boasting a 360-degree view of the city and photographs of British models on Vogue covers on display in the corridors. The hotel has transformed into an “exceptional and timelessly chic hotel” says Conrad Smith, Managing director of ReardonSmith.
