Cunard Reveals Australian Destinations In 2016 World Voyage

Cunard Cruises has revealed a number of Australian destinations in its 2016 World Voyage Program including maiden visits to Kangaroo Island, Adelaide and Newcastle in the first round- trip from Sydney.

The World Voyage will also be monumental because the three Cunard Queen ships will be departing Southampton at the same time – 10 January 2016 and returning on the same day – 10 May 2016.

Between the three ships, 92 ports and 49 countries will be covered and 35 maiden calls will be made.

The three Queen ships will between them make 18 calls to Australian ports in 2016.

The cruise liner’s Queen Elizabeth ship will make a maiden call in Newcastle on the 22 February following a maiden call in Adelaide on 16 February.

Queen Elizabeth’s world voyage will also include inaugural visits to South Africa and the Philippines as well as a late April transit to the Dardanelles.
