She managed to book me on a Ponant Kimberly Cruise and accommodation both ends. Ms Moore was extremely professional in her approach to finalising our airfare requirements, giving options as requested, and advice as needed. I have had problems with other employees in previous years but I have nothing but praise for Ms Moore's attitude and ethics.
