Day 01 Arrive in Beijing
Upon arrival into Beijing, you will be met by our guide and transferred to Commune by the Great Wall. Touring program start the next day.

Day 02 Beijing (B/L)

Day tour to the Great Wall of China, the Mutianyu section, away from the crowds, taking a cable car ride and climbing the ramparts. Afternoon visit to Ming Tomb before transfer to your luxury hotel in Beijing city.
In the evening, we will take you to the restaurant of your choice* and “long Island Spa’ for massage or any treatment of your choice for 1.5hrs.

Day 03 Beijing (B/D) 

Visit Forbidden City, the vast complex of palaces, which was home to successive Emperors for more than 500 years. After lunch, we tour the Tian’anmen Square, the biggest public square in the world and Summer Palace, the largest and the best preserved of all imperial palace gardens, and take a boat ride on its Lake Kunming if weather permits.
Evening visit to the Beijing Olympic stadium – the bird’s nest before diner and other activities. 

Day 04 Beijing (B/L) 

Morning Tai Chi class at the Temple of Heaven, the 500 year old Temple houses altars on which sacrifices and offerings were laid to the gods in a glorious setting of gardens, tress and sculptures.
Pedicab ride through the old alleyways of Beijing, courtyard gardens, experience local life on a family visit and kindergarten if opens.
Leisure after lunch.

Day 05 Beijing/Xian
Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to the airport for a flight to Xian. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to Shangri-la or similar 5 star hotels. After dinner, you will enjoy a traditional Tang Dynasty show. (B/DS)

Day 06 Xian
Morning tour to the greatest archaeological discovery of the century, more than 2,000 year-old Terracotta Warriors interred with the Emperor Qin Shi Huang. Afternoon take tours to Huaqing Hot Spring Park, where the emperor had his bath with his concubines or to Banpo Museum , where built on Banpo Neolithic remains village which dates back to 6,000 years ago. Day 07 Xian/Jiuzhaigou
Transfer to airport for your flight to Jiuzhaigou , “valley of nine villages", which takes its name from the nine Tibetan villages scattered in the valley. Upon arrival you are met and transferred to your hotel. (B/L/D)

Day 08 Jiuzhaigou
Jiuzhaigou , a National Park and UNESCO World Heritage site, is often called a fairyland by the Chinese because of its pristine, otherworldly beauty. Spend the entire day exploring the scenic forests, luminous pools, lakes and waterfalls of the park. (B/L/D)

Day 09 Jiuzhaigou/Huanglong/Maoxian
Drive 2-1/2 hours to Huanglong (Yellow Dragon) Scenic Area with its multi-colored limestone ponds and waterfalls, also a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore Huanglong for half a day then continue to Maoxian and check into your hotel. (B/L/D)

Day 10 Maoxian/ Wolong
Drive to Wolong Nature Reserve, where scientists have established a successful breeding program for the Giant Panda. Walk the trails and observe the pandas in their natural habitat. The Reserve is also home to several Lesser Pandas (also known as Red Pandas). (B/L/D)

Day 11 Wolong/Chengdu
You’ll have some time to continue your exploration of Wolong Nature Reserve before departing to Dujiangyan , site of one of the engineering wonders of the world, an ancient irrigation system still in use today. Return to Chengdu in the afternoon and check in your hotel. In the afternoon sight seeing in Chengdu and this evening enjoy a dinner of Sichuan Snacks, and a performance of traditional Sichuan style opera.

Day 12 Chengdu/Leshan
After breakfast in Chendu we will drive for 2 hours from Chengdu to the Leshan Scenic Area where we will visit the cultural treasure of the Giant Buddha of Leshan. Then we will drive to Emei Shan, visit the Wannian Temple at the foot of the mountain. Then take the cable car to the summit of Mt. Emei. Dinner and overnight at the Hong Zhu Shan Hotel or similar 5 star hotel. (B/L/D)

Day 14 Chongqing/Dazu/Chongqing
Day excursion to Dazu to view some of the most fascinating rock carvings in the world. Dazu , a small county, located in the southeast of Sichuan Province , is 163 kilometers away from Chongqing . When getting back to Chongqing , then pre-board your cruiser for Yangtze River cruise tour after dinner. (B/L/D)

Day 15 Yangtze River Cruise
Start your spectacular cruise along the mighty Yangtze River . Relax on deck or in the lounge, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the magnificent Three Gorges. Sailing downstream, view the Qutang , Wu and Xiling Gorges, and enjoy a side trip up Shennong Stream. Shore excursions include Fengdu , the " Ghost City “. (B/L/D)

Day 16 Yangtze River Cruise
Enjoy your cruise along the river today. (B/L/D) 

Day 17 Yichang /Guilin
Disembark at Yichang . After short city tour, transfer to airport for your flight to Guilin.
Be met and greeted upon arrival and transferred to your hotel Homa Libre.
Afternoon visit to Reed Flute Cave, a site of wonderful limestone caves, showcasing a dazzling variety of stalactite and stalagmite stone formations.
Evening at leisure and enjoy Homa Libre fine dining.

Day 18 Guilin-Longshen-Guilin (B/L)

We take a full day excursion to Longsheng. Located in the mountainous region on the northeastern part of Guilin, the natural beauty and the colourful ethnic Chinese cultures and customs attract people from all over the world. You will enjoy the beautiful terrace rice fields after getting to the summit of Longji (Dragon’s backbone).

Day 19 Guilin-Yangshuo – Guilin (B)

A spectacular cruise down the meandering and picturesque Li River, the breathtaking scenery as jagged mist-covered mountains, quaint villages dot the riverbanks, drift past humped limestone peaks, fishermen aboard bamboo rafts and grazing water buffalo. You will also have a chance to roam Yangshuo’s local market in the evening. The well-known West Street in Yangshuo also called Foreigner Street, which has the history of 1400 years. Day 20 Guilin/Shanghai (B)
Morning flight to Shanghai, and transfer to your luxury Shanghai Hotel.

Lunch before Yu Garden and the Old Town with its winding alleyways, lined with shops, teahouses and restaurants, before touring the Bund, a popular promenade along the Huangpu River, where the old meets the modern in Shanghai.

Transfer back to hotel and enjoy s spectacular Acrobatic Show before dinner.

Day 21 Shanghai (B)

Leisure or shopping till evening visit to Xintiandi, a new tourist attraction in downtown Shanghai, featuring the city’s unique “Shikumen” houses and a maze of narrow alleys, which have been converted into specialist F & B, retail, entertainment and cultural facilities.

Dinner at a restaurant in Xintiandi at your choice. Spa or Massage before or after dinner.

 
Day 22 Shanghai/ Suzhou /Shanghai
In the morning, drive to Suzhou . You will visit the Lingering Garden , Tiger Hill, and Silk Spinning Factory. If time permits, we will take a short cruise on the Grand Canal dug 1,000 year ago in Sui Dynasty. Late afternoon, continue our ride by coach to metropolitan Shanghai . Relaxation massage before or after dinner. (B/L/D)

Day 23 Shanghai/Australia
At leisure before transfer to the airport for your flight back to Australia . (B)
