Itinerary
Day 1 – Darwin
Today your journey begins in Darwin. Meet your Journey Director and fellow travellers at a welcome dinner this evening.
Accommodation: Mantra on the Esplanade
Day 2 – Darwin to Kununurra
Transfer to the airport for your commercial flight to Kununurra the gateway to the remarkable Kimberley region. This afternoon embark on a boat ride up the Ord River, through the inspiring scenery of the region. The cruise continues to the impressive Dam Wall, which holds back the waters of Lake Argyle. After the cruise visit the historic Argyle Homestead, home of the famous pioneering family, the Duracks.

Day 3 – Kununurra to Purnululu National Park
This morning board your private aircraft for a flight to Purnululu National Park. The Bungle Bungle range is an intricate maze of spectacular sandstone beehive domes, narrow gorges lined with magnificent fan palms, and soaring cliffs with many seasonal waterfalls and rock pools. The balance of the day is spent exploring this remarkable region.

Day 4 – Purnululu National Park to Halls Creek to Fitzroy Crossing
Re-board the aircraft for spectacular aerial sighseeing over the Western Australian interior. Land in the remote township of Fitzroy Crossing gateway to Geikie Gorge, This afternoon cruise Geikie Gorge which was carved by the mighty Fitzroy River. Transfer to the Fitzroy River Lodge, located in the heart of the Kimberley. It is perfectly positioned on the banks of the mighty Fitzroy River.

Day 5 – Fitzroy Crossing to Broome
Today enjoy a spectacular scenic flight across the vast plains of northern Western Australia, landing at the historic pearling port of Broome. Its picturesque location on the shores of Roebuck Bay and its beautiful white sandy beaches have made it a popular holiday destination in recent years.

Day 6 – Horiztonal Waterfalls
Today enjoy the unique experience of seeing the Horizontal Waterfalls at close range. Board a 14 seat turbo jet seaplane and land at the remote Talbot Bay, then board the Jet Stream boat which will take you through the horizontal waterfalls. Returning to Broome experience spectacular aerial views of Cape Leveque, Beagle Bay and Cable Beach.

Day 7 – Broome to Berkeley River Lodge
After a leisurely breakfast, re-board our aircraft this morning for a flight across the rugged Kimberley Coastline to land at Berkeley River Lodge. The Berkeley River is nestled on the gentle curve of Joseph Bonaparte Gulf on Australia’s remote north Kimberley coast. A stone’s throw from some of the most spectacular untouched coastal wilderness on Earth, this is truly God’s country.
From your dune-top villa, you’re just a sandy-footed stroll away from pristine wildlife-rich bushland and secluded beaches, where the only frequent visitors are dolphins, dugongs and turtles.

Day 8 – Berkeley River Lodge
Today is spent taking in this extraordinary environment, one of the truly last touched frontiers. On a river cruise, you can glide past towering rugged cliffs to the remotest freshwater swimming holes, stunning waterfalls and majestic gorges, where the peace and tranquillity is broken only by birdsong.

Day 9 – Berkeley River Lodge to Home Valley Station
After a sumptuous breakfast transfer to the airport for a short flight to Home Valley Station, located close to the mighty Pentecost River, at the foot of the majestic Cockburn Range.
At the heart Home Valley Station is the Grass Castles. The ultimate in outback comfort perfectly positioned along the banks of the beautiful Bindoola Creek, the Grass Castles are a boutique oasis and will be your home for the next two evenings. Home Valley Station was featured in the Baz Luhrmann film Australia as the fictional property Faraway Downs. This quintessential Kimberley experience offers a rich history in Australian outback culture in the most spectacular rugged landscape on earth.

Day 10 – Home Valley Station
There is an array of activities to do at Home Valley Station, included guided walks. The Kimberley region has a wondrous history and an awe-inspiring landscape. The natural beauty of the Station and its surrounds is brought to life as your guide takes you on an informative tour of the area. After your tour around the station grounds, travel by 4WD along the rugged Gibb River Road and on to Bindoola Falls. For the more adventurous, there will be an opportunity to take a refreshing dip in a waterhole at the base of the falls.
Returning to the station for a very special dinner featuring the fine cuisine of the region.

Day 11 – Home Valley Station to Darwin
Re-board the aircraft this morning for a short flight to Kununurra to connect with your commercial flight back to Darwin. Landing in Darwin transfer through to hotel, with the balance of the day at leisure. Tonight there will be a farewell dinner.

Day 12 – Darwin
After breakfast this morning transfer to the airport for your return flight home.
