Qantas has unveiled its Twice as Rewarding promotion, giving Frequent Flyers the choice to earn either double Status Credits or double Qantas Points on new bookings.
To take part, members must register via the latest version of the Qantas App or at qantas.com by 3 September 2025. Travel is valid between 4 September 2025 and 22 August 2026, with flights needing to be Qantas-operated and marketed (codeshares and partner airlines are excluded).
Alongside flights, members can also earn double Qantas Points on Qantas Hotels and Holidays packages, working out to 6 points per $1 spent. With no cap on the number of flights or stays, this is one of Qantas’s more flexible promotions.
What’s different this time
Unlike earlier double Status Credit campaigns, any bonus credits earned will not count toward Lifetime Status — only annual tier status. This condition also applies to the upcoming one-off Loyalty Gift, which will see members automatically receive bonus Status Credits in September 2025, based on their tier, along with extra Qantas Points for Points Club members.
Eligible flights
The offer applies to all Qantas and QantasLink flights, selected Finnair-operated services on Australia–Asia routes, and regional flights run on Qantas’s behalf by partner airlines. Jetstar, Emirates and other codeshares are excluded.

- Double Qantas Points: a smarter option for those not aiming for status, as points can be saved and redeemed anytime.
What it means for travellers
With more than 100 destinations on offer and no cap on earnings, the Twice as Rewarding promotion gives Frequent Flyers plenty of value. The Lifetime Status exclusion may disappoint some, but overall the deal provides a strong chance to maximise either tier progression or points for future travel.
