The Roles
We are seeking dedicated Airfare Consulants or Support Agent for First and Business Class Airfare Consultants.
Airfare consultants service our clients, mainly organising first and business class travel.
The Airfare Support Agent will help our airfare team searching for best first and business class fares, issuing tickets (Majority through consolidators and in-house ticketing facility for a couple of airlines), processing airline flight schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, liaising between FirstClass and consolidators, airlines, with a focus on building an ongoing relationship.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 12 months experience in retail airfare consulting or an airfare consolidator
- Excellent knowledge and experience in booking airfares, fare rules and regulations, including but not limited to around world fares, reissuing and refund process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong time management and deadline prioritisation ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in GDS and computer skills
Desirables
- Experience in Amadeus
- Experience in VTO
- Self-ticketing on Amadeus

We are developing our new brand Platinum Cruising to become the six star cruise specialist.
The Role
We are seeking a Cruise Team Manager who excels at sales, mentoring and motivating salespeople, exceeding targets, effective communication and relationship building.
You can work in either the city or the Parramatta office; for the initial 3-6 months, you will predominantly work from our Parra office for training.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 12 months of experience managing a travel sales team
- Exceptional cruise industry knowledge, especially in luxury cruise lines
- Demonstrated achievements in sales and working towards targets/KPIs
- Regularly exceed sales targets and challenge yourself to always grow and learn

We are looking for a competent, dedicated and well-organised Product Coordinator to load and manage product updates – predominantly airfares, plus hotels, tours, and cruises in WordPress (training provided). You will also assist the marketing team in sourcing new products for luxury travellers.
