The 25th of April 2015 commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli landing. To honour this event, on the 26th March 2015, Gallipoli Cruise have chartered a ship which will embark on a 36 day cruise from Fremantle and be a part of a once in a lifetime journey and participate in the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli landing.

The cruise will embark at the Fremantle port in Western Australia. This location will provide an amazing atmosphere for a black tie ball on the opening night. The cruise will then sail down to the town of Albany. This is the original location where Australian soldiers embarked from for the beginning of their journey to Gallipoli.

With stops in Colombo, Luxor, Cairo, Kusadasi, Canakkale, Gallipoli, Istanbul, Santorini, Athens, Palermo, Naples & Rome, the trip will allow guests the pleasure of seeing many fantastic parts of the world. The cruise will include excellent day tour options to ensure that all of the best sightseeing attractions are covered in each location.

Most importantly the cruise ship will dock near Gallipoli on the 19th & 20th of April so that guests can see all the sights of the area before the expected large crowds. The ship will return for ANZAC Day to be involved in the celebrations of the 100th anniversary on the 25th April.

Guests will have access to the luxury cruise ship at all times and the assistance of well trained staff, world renowned war historians and some of Australia’s best entertainers. Many other international artists will also perform throughout the cruise.

The Gallipoli Cruise 2015 is providing guests with the ultimate in Australian talent for this historic journey. Daryl Braithwaite, John Williamson, Ross Wilson and Normie Rowe will be the headline acts of the cruise. They will all perform at the black tie ball and all guests will be able to see them perform during the voyage as well.
