Itinerary
Day 1. Victoria.
Upon arrival at Vancouver International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your coach. We board the ferry for a scenic cruise through the Georgia Strait. We arrive on Vancouver Island and travel to Victoria, British Columbia’s capital. Tonight, join your Tour Director and fellow travellers for an informal welcome reception.
Two Night Stay: Victoria, Marriott Inner Harbour.
Day 2. Vancouver Island, Freedom of Choice Touring.
Today, join your selected touring activity in Victoria. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Freedom of Choice Touring™. Whale Watching; Seaplane Flightseeing; Historic Guided Walking Tour; Horse Drawn Carriage Tour; Traditional High Tea at the Fairmont Empress; Historic Homes and Gardens Tour; Salmon Fishing.

Day 3. Butchart Gardens, Vancouver Sights.
This morning we visit the famous Butchart Gardens. We take the ferry back to Vancouver for a sightseeing tour of Vancouver including the Waterfront, Gastown and Stanley Park. The remainder of the day is yours to explore Vancouver.

Day 4. Rocky Mountaineer Rail.
Board the Rocky Mountaineer where we have GoldLeaf seating. Maybe enjoy an optional dinner show in Kamloops tonight, at additional expense. Note: Kamloops has limited accommodation so you will be staying in two or three-star hotels.

Day 5. Spiral Tunnels, Banff.
We journey through the vast ranchlands along the South Thompson River to Shuswap Lake. The Kicking Horse River leads you to Kicking Horse Pass, the Spiral Tunnels and over the Continental Divide to Banff National Park.

Day 6. Banff Sights, Freedom of Choice Touring, Dine Around Dinner.
Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Banff and the surrounding area. Later, join your touring experience from the selection provided. Tonight choose where you dine with our Dine Around Dinner at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Freedom of Choice Touring™. Day 7. Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Dine Around Dinner.
On our short journey to Lake Louise we visit tranquil Moraine Lake. This afternoon we arrive at Lake Louise. Upon arrival we will join our local Heritage Interpretive Guide for a guided nature walk of beautiful Lake Louise. This evening dine at one of the Chateau’s fine restaurants.

Day 8. Icefields Parkway, Athabasca Glacier, Jasper, Dine Around Dinner.
Today’s journey takes us along the Icefields Parkway. We stop at the Columbia Icefield to ride an Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier. This afternoon arrive in Jasper National Park.

Day 9. Mt Robson, Wilderness River Safari.
Our journey follows the famous Yellowhead Highway. Pass Mt Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. We arrive at Blue River nestled between the Cariboo and Monashee mountains, an area rich in wildlife. We join our River Safari and search for bear, moose, osprey and eagles. Enjoy a BBQ dinner before settling into your luxury Canadian lodge.

Day 10. Whistler.
We travel to the Coast Mountain Range for our overnight stay in the ski resort village of Whistler.

Enjoy time at leisure this morning in Whistler. We join the WHISTLER MOUNTAINEER where we have Glacier Dome Service. Enjoy afternoon tea before arriving into Vancouver.

Day 12. Holland America Line Cruise.
After breakfast, transfer to your Holland America Line cruise ship ms Zaandam. Settle into your verandah stateroom for your seven night Alaskan cruise.

Enjoy a full day at sea as your ship sails past rocky headlands and glides over the still waters of the Inside Passage.

See Tracy Arm fjord and Sawyer Glacier. This afternoon you arrive in Juneau, Alaska’s capital, with time at leisure.

At the northern point of the Inside Passage, Skagway’s goldrush history is still evident.

Day 16. Glacier Bay.
Wake up to the sight of Glacier Bay National Park. Rangers explain the geological features and point out the local wildlife.
