DiningDining is one of the biggest delights at the resort, and the chefs excel in the variety and quality of food. The meals are served in a large communal dining room, and most are smorgasborg. There’s a huge variety of cuisine with the emphasis on seafood, vegetarian and Japanese style. Beer and wine are included free with the meals. The evening alternative is Nicolson’s Restaurant situated on the highest part of the resort. It offers waiter service, four-course menu and a romantic atmosphere. | |||
